Delete your RANKT data

You can request deletion of your RANKT account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and covers everything we store about you: your profile, your Instagram connection and access token, cached Instagram data, your scores, and your missions.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to info@ranktapp.com from the email address associated with your RANKT account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and all associated data, and confirm by reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Option 2 — Remove RANKT from your Instagram settings

You can revoke RANKT’s access to your Instagram data at any time: in the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions (or “Apps and websites”) → find RANKT → Remove. This immediately invalidates our access to your Instagram data. To also delete the data we already store, use Option 1.

(Account deletion from inside the app is coming; until then, email works and is fast.)
