Delete your RANKT data

You can delete your RANKT account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: we delete your profile, your Instagram connection and data, your score history, your deal records and their images, and we ask PostHog to delete your analytics events. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days.

Option 1: Delete your account inside the app

In the app’s settings, choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Email us

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to info@ranktapp.com from the email address associated with your RANKT account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and confirm by reply.

Option 3: Stop RANKT’s access to Instagram

In Instagram’s settings, remove RANKT from your apps and websites. That ends our access to your Instagram account. To delete the data we already stored, use option 1 or 2.

Your code:

If you asked Meta to delete your RANKT data and Meta gave you a confirmation code, the code brings you to this page. A code issued by RANKT means the deletion was done when Meta sent us your request. For any question, email info@ranktapp.com with your code.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile and your age range, your Instagram connection and the data we read through it, your CreatorScore and its weekly history, your weekly missions, your deal records and their images, and the push notification data described in the privacy policy. We also ask PostHog to delete your analytics events. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days. A business keeps the receipt page of a deal you completed, without your handle, your numbers, your tier, your score or the image. A copy of a receipt the business already saved, crash reports in Sentry and RANKT’s access on Meta’s side are outside this deletion.
