FAQ
How much does it cost?
RANKT charges a fee for each creator who completes a verified deal, set by the creator’s tier when their post is verified. RANKT invoices each month for the creators verified that month, and each invoice is due within 15 days. No money between your business and a creator goes through RANKT. You’ll see the fee for each tier before your first deal.
What if a creator doesn’t post?
You don’t pay RANKT for a creator who doesn’t post by the deal’s deadline. If a deal includes a payment to the creator, you pay the creator directly, as the deal says.
Who sees my offer?
RANKT shows your deals in the RANKT app while they’re open, with your business name, Instagram handle, logo, cover photo and address. After it closes, a deal stays in the history of the creators who completed it. RANKT confirms the creators for each deal. A venue that requires guests to be 21 says so in the deal.
What do I need to do?
Give each confirmed creator the reward exactly as your deal describes it, on the days and hours you set. On RANKT’s online list, your staff marks who arrived and confirms each post. If you don’t answer within 48 hours of being asked, it counts as confirmed. If Instagram asks you to approve a creator for the “Paid partnership” label, approve them before they post.
